BOND CLEANING GENERAL RULES
Refer to the condition report that you received when you moved in, this will help you establish what damage may have occurred during your tenure and what you will need to have fixed.
Remove anything hanging on the wall to find out if any damage has occurred.
Start checking for damage a few weeks before handing the keys back so you will have plenty of time to have things fixed.
Hire a skip bin or make a few trips to the tip to make sure no rubbish is left on the premises; any rubbish left may cost you money to have removed.
Look up, make sure you check for cobwebs and clean out all light fittings.
Clean the oven. Most Tenants forget about this, but this can be an automatic deduction from your bond.
